Every Tuesday and Wednesday starting at 1:30 p.m. from June 24th through August a multi-generational program is held in one of the buildings hosted by Ms. Wilkie

Every Thursday from 1:30-3:30 p.m. the Blacksmiths are on site demonstrating their skills.

June 29 – Sunday – 2:00 p.m. – Garments of our Foundations: Pioneering Door County Women and their Clothing by Karin Simonson Kopischke in the Collins Learning Center

July 6th –  Sunday – 2:00 p.m. – Bones Boys, a well-known trombone troupe performs/ Ice Cream Social

July 10th –  Thursday – 6:00 p.m.- “Farming at the turn of the 20th Century” by George Evenson in Vignes School

July 13 – Sunday – 2:00 p.m. “Education in the Rural Schools” by Judy Jesse in Vignes School

July 17 – Thursday  – 6:00 p.m. “Education in the Rural Schools” by Judy Jesse in Vignes School

July 20 – Sunday – 1:30 p.m. -3:30 p.m. Blacksmiths working on site, Village Tours and Ice-Cream Social

July 27 – Sunday – 2:00 p.m. “Funeral Practices a Century Ago” by  Todd Huehns, Huehns Funeral in the Collins Learning Center

August 3 – Sunday – 2:00 p.m. “How People Coped in Severe Winters a Century Ago” by George Evenson in Vignes School

August 10 – Sunday – 2:00 p.m. “Celebrating our German Heritage” by Jerry & Nan Krause in the Warren House – German inspired dishes will be available

August 17 – Sunday – 2:00 p.m. – Parks & Phillips, father/daughter Ol’ Time Gospel in the Chapel (limited seating so come early)

August 24 – Sunday – 2:00 p.m. “The History of Coffee in America and it’s Modern manufacture” by Vickie Wilson, Door County Coffee and Tea, in the Collins Learning Center

August 31 – Sunday – 2:00 p.m. “The Cherryland  ‘A’s, Model A Club, Blacksmiths & Ice Cream Social

Sept 7 – Sunday – 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Grandparent’s Day – bring your grandchild out for a tour and share the stories of how your ancestors lived in the early 1900’s.

Sept 14 – Sunday – 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. “Our Norwegian Heritage”  Presented by the Sons of Norway, spread all over the grounds and special program in the Collins Learning Center starting at 1:30 p.m.

Sept 21 – Sunday – 2:00 p.m. – “A Moravian Love Feast!” by Bishop Paul Graf in the Chapel.  Blacksmiths will also be on site from 1:30 -3:30 p.m.

Sept. 28 – Sunday – 2:00 p.m.  – “The Story of Cranberries in Door County” by Jon Gast in the Collins Learning Center
